Finding valentines for kids (and teachers) is hard to find! As a kid, you want your valentines to be cool! It is like everyone is judging you on how cool your valentines are. Well this valentine is sure to be a crowd favorite, especially with older kids!
I am kind of nerdy in love with mustaches. I don’t know why, but I love all of the mustache mania! Now your older elementary school kids and even your older kids can give their friends an awesome mustache decal that they can put on their notebooks, bikes, dad’s car, or mirrors! This is so easy to make too!
Here’s what you need…
Transfer tape
Cardstock paper
Printer
Scissors
Tape
Electric craft cutter
First, you’ll want to create your image on your craft cutting software (Silhouette has TONS of mustache images to choose from too). Mine is about 3×1.5 inches. Cut out as many mustaches as you need for your valentines. Put transfer tape on them and cut them apart.
On Word, Photoshop, or any other word processing or image creating program, write out your valentine. Leave enough space for the decal to fit. Print them out on the cardstock.
Cut your valentines apart. A paper cutter may be a better option if you have a lot of them to cut.
Make sure your decal is going to fit in the space that you made.
Put tape on the back of your decal and stick it onto the paper!
Your kid is going to be the most popular kid in class now!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
