I tried the products from Silver Fern Brand as a paid influencer. All thoughts and opinions are my own. #PakaBakingMixes #Paka #SilverFernBrand #ad
Ever since I started looking into doing Whole30, I have been a lot more aware of the ingredients in my foods. Before starting Whole30, I was introduced to Silver Fern Brand and their Paka Baking Mixes. I was instantly impressed with how delicious each of the baked goodies looked, but what surprised me the most is that these products weren’t the unhealthy versions of these treats that I am used to. Paka Baking Mixes are full of protein, fiber, low in sugar, and don’t have anything artificial in them!
Even with beautiful photos on their packages, the real test came to when I made them! I was even more surprised when I tasted just how good these mixes are. I didn’t feel like I was missing out on any of the ingredients that are normally in the baking mixes I have used in the past.
I made the blueberry muffins when we had my parents and my mother in law coming to visit. I didn’t tell them that they were any different than other blueberry muffins they had had in the past. When they ate them and raved about how good they were, I told them about Paka Baking Mixes and my mom was shocked to learn that the muffins could be so good while also being gluten free!
The Sweet Kettle Corn was also a favorite. I got to try a little before starting Whole30, but decided to take it to my daughter’s dance class party so I wouldn’t be tempted to eat it while popcorn is still forbidden. Every teacher and dancer who ate this popcorn was instantly a fan. The kids had no idea that they were eating something that wasn’t bad on their bodies and the teachers loved to hear that it was healthy for them!
I can’t wait to finish my Whole30 and start to introduce foods back into my diet so that I can continue to use these Paka Baking Mixes! There are many different mixes available that I am excited to try in the future.
