I felt the magic of Swiss herbs with Ricola® as a part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #swissherbs
It is the time of year that everyone seems to sit back and think about what they are truly grateful for. Although I wish I took the time to do this more often throughout the year, I am grateful for the reminder of this each year.
I always make a calendar for my mom for Christmas and I am really grateful for the opportunity to do that because it gives me a chance to take a look back at the past year and be reminded of the memories I have been able to take a part in. It seems to be the perfect way to spend this season of gratitude.
One of the most special times of the past year, was seeing my younger brother get married. It was such a perfect day to spend with my family and celebrate getting my first sister as well. My youngest brother left about a month and a half later to serve a church mission for two years, so this was a really special time for our family to spend together.
I have a friend who likes to share inspirational thoughts each morning on her social media and she has recommended spending 5 minutes a day to turn off your electronics and just sit and think about what you have been blessed with in your life. I absolutely loved this idea! How much better would each of our days be if we spend just 5 minutes a day thinking about what we are grateful for? I have so much to be grateful for.
I am reminded each and everyday just how grateful I am for my health. Each time I get sick, it is even more of a reminder of how grateful I am that I don’t have a disease that forces me to stay bedridden everyday. We are also really blessed to be alive in this time where there are so many remedies and medical science to help our bodies heal.
I rely a lot on Ricola® Dual Action Honey Lemon drops a lot during this time of year. I am grateful to have access to them to help keep my body feeling good, even if it is fighting off a cough or cold. They provide natural, soothing relief with their blend of 10 natural Swiss herbs, natural menthol, and soothing honey lemon syrup. They provide really fast relief as well!
It is important to try to stay healthy this time of year because there are so many opportunities to spend time with friends and family members. I keep my Ricola Dual Action Honey Lemon drops in my purse, so they are always nearby. I also try to take vitamins and drink lots of water to help boost my immune system and keep my body flushed from toxins.
Ricola is hosting a Wake Up Your Mouth Tour where they will be hitting the road to help America wake up their mouths with their Revitalizing drops. They can help provide you some relief this cold season as well! Check out their site to see if Ricola will be stopping in a city near you! #wakeupyourmouth You can also find them on Facebook and Twitter.
What are you grateful for this year?

It is GREAT to sit back and think about what we're thankful for. A few things this year I am thankful for are: 1. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 2. My Family 3. My cats!
And...gotta love Ricola!
