Hiring assistants can literally save your sanity! I have four virtual assistants. Yes, I said FOUR! My blog keeps me busy enough for them and it isn’t even a huge blog. Even if you aren’t a blogger, hiring help is a good idea for anybody! I did a Periscope video all about my virtual assistants, what they do for me, how much I pay them, how I manage everything with my assistants! I shared ALL of it! It was a really popular scope, so I decided to bring it back onto YouTube so it can be watched anytime.
The main point I bring across in the video is how important it is to do what you do best and hire out what you don’t. I say it “Do your best, hire the rest”. I think this is something you kind of have to remind yourself of too. That’s why I had my gorgeous assistant make this awesome printable that you can put somewhere that you see often. It will be a great reminder to you that sometimes it is best to take a step back and get some help!
The video is just over 37 minutes, so I know it isn’t really something that you can watch on the fly. Put aside some time to watch it though! I promise you that it will totally change your life if you are willing to give up some of the things that you are responsible for.

Amazing video! I would really appreciate a pdf with a summary of this. Lol... I might very well have to get an assistant to make one for me! Thanks for sharing all your knowledge + experience. This is going to push me to get on with looking for someone. As business grows I find myself feeling so scattered. I'm a copywriter and really want to blog more often. I can do the writing but I don't post because I don't have graphics half the time.
