Speaking of sparkle, the top that I found from Decree might just be the prettiest thing in my closet. This was one thing that I just could not leave the store without. It was a little gift for myself and I think it will be absolutely perfect for my New Years Eve outfit! Thanks to the great deals I got, I was able to get a little gift for myself.
