I am sharing #Ricola in my life as part of a sponsored series for Socialstars™. #RicolaCrowd
I feel like when the school year starts, it is kind of the unofficial new year to reset goals after things got put to the side during the summer. I like to sit down and reset how I structure my weeks, make goals for my business, and make personal goals. Most of my personal goals revolve around my health. I like to continue to try to hold myself accountable year round and make sure I am living a healthy lifestyle before all of the cold and flu germs start making their way through everyone.
Exercise has always been an important part of my life but as I have gotten older, I have realized that it is actually a lot more therapeutic for me than I ever realized. Even if I don’t have time to fit in a full workout in my busy day, I like to make sure that I can at least stretch my body. I like to stretch in my office because it is the one room in my house that I feel like I am in total control of the mess that happens. It is kind of like my little retreat each day.
Getting out of my computer chair and just letting my muscles stretch out is like a miniature vacation sometimes. I like to set a certain amount of time for myself to work and then take a stretch break. I feel like that time gives my brain a much needed break too. I can focus on my work a lot more when I take stretch breaks. Implementing this into my work schedule has definitely been a goal I have set to continue this Fall.
I love finding simple ways to help my immune system, like the new Ricola Herbal Immunity. I can even suck on them while I stretch in my office. It is such an easy way to give my immune system a boost! Ricola Herbal Immunity helps you stay well by harnessing the power of herbs, ginseng, and vitamins B6, B12, and C. They come in Honey Herb Lozenges and Citrus Herb Lozenges. I have really loved the Citrus Herb Lozenges!
Ricola Herbal Immunity products will be available in CVS, Wallgreens, and Rite-Aid stores in September. You are definitely going to want to add them to your arsenal to help protect your immune system! You can learn even more on the Ricola Facebook and Twitter pages.
