The love of baseball runs deep within my blood. In my family, baseball is more than just a sport. Baseball is a way of life.
I started playing as a kindergartner and as I grew older, I fell even more in love with the sport. I played first and third base mostly, but had a stint as a pitcher in there too. When I was in junior high, I really learned to appreciate being a spectator too. I loved watching live baseball games and on TV. It first started with my love of the Little League World Series. If you haven’t ever watched it, you should! I love tuning into it every year. Those little kids are crazy talented and I love learning about the different places all over the world that they come from and they all come together for the mutual love of baseball.
If you were to ask me what my top 10 movies of all time were, at least 3 of them would be baseball related. I am a big fan of Sandlot, The Rookie, and just about every baseball movie ever. The movie that I couldn’t ever get enough of though… A League of Their Own. Girl power, vintage wardrobes, AND baseball? Yes please!
Whenever I wear this chambray jumpsuit, I feel like I am a member of the All American League too. I feel dressed up, but I still feel like I am taking a page out of a familiar past.
Cause let’s be honest, I can’t take life too seriously! If I can’t move around in something, I ain’t gonna wear it!
All of a sudden, you were just really impressed or concerned for my ankles because of the previous picture! I don’t really recommend taking these gorgeous wedges for a jog, but they are incredibly comfortable! I love that wedges make you look dressed up, but don’t make you feel like you are wearing uncomfortable heels.
